LOSER

I missed Thursday and Friday of last week, and now I am having to miss Monday, today.

My house is in complete disarray trying to get kids moved into different rooms before The Marine and other recruits return home. I tell ya, I had no idea my kids had so much stuff. In the meantime I feel myself getting fatter by the second.

It's a little frustrating. So... My plan is to make a class this evening. I already know I have to miss Thursday and Friday this week, so I'm trying to figure out how to squeeze in alternative workouts.

I'm also going to be more diligent about what I'm eating and better about taking my supplements.

My clothes are tighter and I refuse to go up another size. Plus I don't think I've mentioned it here yet, but I have fibromyalgia. For me, there is a direct correlation between flare ups and a poor diet and no exercise.

Also I notice the heavier women are, the worse their fibromyalgia symptoms are.

So, I will be diligent today to see what goes in my mouth and what I can do this evening.
