I made it again. I walked through the doors of the gym. AND both little boys were dressed in something other than what they slept in.
HOLLA!
My third day, and I'm not too sore, which means I may not be exerting full effort. I did today.
Also, I am still getting really light headed when I'm hitting higher heart rates in the cardio portions. It's probably because I have been gone for five weeks.
So I did a cardio combo class with RC. We've been trying to come up with a nick name for her, but in the middle of your lower half going numb, your body crying for oxygen, or your arms becoming sand bags, the names we were thinking up were not only not nice, but not the kind of thing I want to post.
That being said I love her classes. She taught the RPM class I wanted to curl up and suck my thumb in yesterday.
She also knows when I am starting to cheat. yay. I mean YAY!
We used these bands to day. Evil little things that actually made my butt crack go numb. Sorry to be so point blank, but um, yeah.
THEN I had to step up on the step after maxing out the butt muscle. My feet all of sudden couldn't seem to step up as high as they did before.
I also avoid looking at myself in the mirror. Once I'm tired, I begin to look like a troll. I lose body posture, my arms slump, my head hangs lower and I'm beat red. BEAT RED.
However, once it was all over and I went to Arby's, I was feeling much better.
Now, before I get comments about diet, I had the chicken salad sandwich WITHOUT fries and I got a SOBE energy drink. It was the best I could do.
Alright, tomorrow, it's RPM again. I am going to figure out something better to eat, or eat further away from go time.
That pukey feeling is not the highlight of my day...
okay, the rest of the day my goal is not to blow it with my diet...
