I've been remiss with utilizing this post. I've also been MIA for the last 5 weeks from the gym. I had business travel, a high schooler graduate and move away, a trip to prep my family for and the 4Th of July.
Today I returned to the gym. I died three times. It was a cardio combo class that combined attack, step, vive, and flow. Who starts with attack after being gone for five weeks??
I am so disappointed with how awful I was. I was winded after the first two tracks.
I have until 20 July when The Marine and the recruits return from Texas. I am going to try and be beyond the sore stage and into my routine. He won't see much change, but my goal is making it through the gym doors and into the GGX room every day. 20 July kids!
